It is with profound grief that we announce the promotion of Glory of Mr John Watitu Gitau, a prominent businessman at Key West building Ambalal Rd Nairobi.
He was the loving husband to Mrs Nancy Njeri Gitau, formerly of Immigration at Nyayo House. He was the father to Maurice Harun Gitau and Ruth Nyokabi Purnell of Minnesota USA. He was grandfather to Jasmine and Alexis Purnell.
He was son to the late Aaron Peter Gitau and Ruth Nyokabi Gitau, brother to Rev . Beatrice Wanjiku Musila, Ashford Muiruri of Boston, USA, Abraham Makima, Mrs Judy Michuki, the late Susan Wangui and Samson Wanjema.
He was brother in-law of Sen David Musila (Kitui), Captain Sam Michuki N.Y.S, Mrs Winnie Kamande USA, Pastor Janet Ngiyo, Githumbi, Githiuni, Gichuhi and the late Wanjiru and Betty Mburu.
He was son in-law to the late Mr and Mrs Nathaniel Mburu Githumbi. He was an uncle and cousin to many.
Friends and family are meeting daily at his Loresho home House #134 and at St Andrew Nairobi daily from 5pm-7:30pm.

The cortege leaves Lee funeral home on the 7th of July, 2016 at 8am.Funeral service at 10am at Loresho PCEA church, thereafter burial to be held at Langata Cemetery.
